1 package of small wonton wrappers
1 bottle of Purple Chef
I 6-8 oz. package of Vermont Chevre
Vegetable or peanut
oil for frying
Open wrappers on flat surface.
Place 1 tsp of goat cheese in the center
Top with one half of an olive and some of the citrus rind.
Brush edges with the liquid from the olives. Form into
triangles and seal the edges by pressing with your finger.
Fry in hot oil until just browned. Serve with Jalapeno
Tomato Marmalade or Fire
Roasted Marmalava for dipping.
