
Ingredients:
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. molasses
3/4 c. Purple Chef Apple Chutney
3/4 c. raisins
Mix flours, salt and soda in a bowl.
Add molasses and buttermilk. Mix until smooth. Fold
in the apple chutney and the raisins.
Bake in a greased 8 " or 9" square
pan at 350 for 35 minutes.
Serve hot with butter, baked beans and a salad for a
great Sunday night dinner.
